My journey into NLP started somewhere I never expected—with my health.
I was given 2–4 years to live, and with a 5- and 10-year-old at home, I refused to accept that as the ending to my story. I began exploring alternative approaches, and the deeper I went, the more that path led me to NLP.
After my first training, I was all in. Learning about the connection between our emotions, subconscious mind, and physical experience made me realize I was exactly where I needed to be.
As I continued my certifications, I became fascinated by how much of what we believe about money, worth, success, and what’s possible for us can be shaped during our early imprinting years and influenced by beliefs passed down through generations.
That’s when coaching became bigger than a career for me. I knew I wanted to guide other women in uncovering the stories they’ve been carrying, releasing what’s no longer theirs to hold, and writing a new one.
I rewrote my story. Now I guide other women as they rewrite theirs.

Flared up and in autoimmune crisis.

My body actively healing and graduated Neurolinguistic Programming.
