Awaken the Woman Within is a 2-day immersive transformational event for women who feel called to connect with themselves at a deeper level. This experience centers on unbecoming what no longer fits and discovering the woman within — beneath expectations, old stories, and the roles you’ve carried for years.

Across two days, you’ll move through guided journaling, meaningful conversations, emotional release sessions, identity exploration exercises, grounding practices, somatic movement and intentional reflection moments designed to help you let go of what has been weighing you down and connect with the woman you’re becoming.

Women leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded — with a renewed sense of direction, practical tools they can use in real life, and genuine connections with other aligned women.
